Jela Götting is a member of the Management Team. As Chief People & Transformation Officer, she leads our Munich holding organization and is responsible for recruiting executive board members and managing directors of the strategic portfolio companies. Prior to joining Tengelmann in 2020, she had been in charge of the Strategic Talent Management as well as the Future Talent and Leadership Development in two DAX companies, the BMW Group in Munich and the adidas Group in Herzogenaurach. She started her professional career in a dual study program in business administration at a rich-in-tradition trading company in Bremen, where, after many very different roles, she was lastly responsible for Marketing and PR. Jela Götting is trained as a change manager, mediator and coach and was also an independent entrepreneur in this field for some time.
