Dr. Andreas Guldin is member of the management team and Chief Global Strategist. In close alignment with the CEO Christian Haub, he oversees the company’s significant strategic development initiatives and moreover co-founder and of Emil Capital Partners (ECP) as well as the spokesperson of the executive board of Tengelmann Ventures (TEV). He has almost 25 years of experience working with family businesses. Prior to joining Emil Capital Partners, he was Co-CFO of the Tengelmann Group, CFO of E. Breuninger and Chief Strategy Officer of The Great Atlantic & Pacific Tea Company (A&P). Dr. Andreas Guldin holds a PhD in economics, graduated from London Business School with an MBA and is also an MA in psychology. He has taught as a guest lecturer at EBS, the respective Universities of Düsseldorf and Stuttgart, and the HSG in St. Gallen.
