Marcel Bens is member of the management team and the CEO of the North American Venture & Growth Capital company Emil Capital Partners (ECP).
After studying industrial engineering at the Technical University of Berlin, his professional career led the cosmopolitan not only through various industries, but also across four continents: “In his more than 20-year career, he has worked in operational and strategic roles in the automotive industry as well as in the investment banking and private equity sector, and even as CEO of a chocolate factory. He has been at home in Europe, Africa, Australia, and the USA, where he joined ECP. In addition, he is the CEO of NextFoods, a Health & Wellness platform belonging to the ECP Portfolio. Marcel holds an MBA from Columbia Business School in New York.
